Based on the site of the former Halton Castle pub in Ormskirk, Ecogee recently completed works on six three-bedroom houses and four two-bedroom apartments at the new Halton Castle housing estate. This development has a private access road and associated parking for all properties, including communal garden for the apartment residents. This development began in July 2021 with a gross development value of £1,480,000.
Completed in September 2022 for Prima Housing was Roughwood Drive, a development of 11 two-bedroom homes with off road parking and rear gardens for affordable rent. This development utilised brown field land and has added significant improvement to the local area.
Demand for both developments were high due to the quality, location and affordable rents.
With a proposed start in spring 2023, Ecogee in partnership with a local housing provider will be constructing nine townhouses and 17 apartments in Anfield. Again, demand is expected to be high for these properties due to their location, quality build and affordable rents on offer.
