Scheme is 1.2million Refurbishment of 6 x 3 storey blocks of flats in Cherry Lane, Liverpool.
Ecogee are main contractor delivering works for Torus Group who are local housing association
Works consist of:
- New Roofs and roofline works
- New Windows
- Structural repairs
- External wall insulation
- Render and brick effect render works
Scheme started in November 2020 and will be completed in August 2021.
When contract is complete both Torus and residents in flats will make huge carbon savings which will go toward Liverpool City Councils plan for carbon neutral and also significantly reduce energy bills for the residents many of which fall in the affordable warmth category.
