Ecogee has received shortlisting for award for National Fuel Poverty & Vulnerable Customer Support of the Year at the 2025 Energy Efficiency Awards for our work with fuel poverty and vulnerable clients.
To be nominated for this award, we have to prove that:
- We’re addressing the issue of fuel poverty and providing support for people in vulnerable circumstances.
- We have worked on tackling prevalent issues.
- Our efforts have a positive impact on those in need of support.
Ecogee has a dedicated team who offer individual and caring support to people struggling with energy bills and vulnerabilities. Many people we speak to are in vulnerable circumstances. The majority of our customers are on low incomes, with physical and mental health conditions, language or cultural barriers, living in poor-quality houses and/or socially isolated.
We help people like Alice and Katie who lived without hot water for two years and people like Bill who was struggling to feel safe after his home fell into disrepair.
It’s great for the team to receive this national recognition for their hard work. Every day, they go over and above to make a real difference to people’s lives.
