Through the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2) funding, Ecogee recently made home improvements to Alan’s home to make sure that it was warm and comfortable. The improvements included a cavity wall installation, electric heaters, loft insulation and solar panels, to improve energy efficiency and keep Alan’s home warm.  

We recently caught up with Alan to see how his experience with Ecogee was:

With lots of benefits from HUG2, we wanted to know which home improvements had positively benefitted Alan the most: 

“The insulation and heaters make my home warmer. I can program the heaters so that it’s heating certain rooms and as I’m getting up in the morning, the rooms are already warm, it’s a godsend in the winter.” 

“I have already recommended Ecogee, I’ve kept the leaflets you gave me to give to people when it comes up in conversation!”
