Ecogee new build development in the leavy suburb of Roby, Roby is part of the Metropolitan borough Knowsley, a suburb of Liverpool was an outstanding success. From the initial planning and design stage right through to the final completion, all parties involved worked together to achieve the best possible outcome.
Work commenced on the site 12 months prior to the actual start of the build. With Ecogee working with the local authority planning department and its architects to achieve an additional plot onto the site which helped towards the overall viability and the appearance of the scheme. In addition, Ecogee were able to obtain permission from the local authority to make the site even more private and executive by obtaining permission to turn the site into a “gated community”.
Nine four-bedroom detached houses and two x two-bedroom executive apartments were built on the site from March 2017 through to June 2018. All the work carried out on the site were carried out by locally employed and sub-contracted trades people with all materials that could be sourced locally also being used. Supporting the local community is a key factor in its delivery for Ecogee.
All the properties built were sold off plan and the suggested price points were fully achieved. The build was completed on time and on budget.
